but did update and game is slower and at times colors that are deleted leaves a blank space
not descending

The blank spaces are a known issue that I’m working on; it happens if you hit two sets of blocks, of the same colors, right after the other quickly. As a workaround, you can hit Undo after it happens to bring the blocks back.
As for it being slower after the update, what device are you using? Please be as specific as possible (i.e. iPod touch first-generation, iPhone 3GS, etc.). Also, what version of iPhone OS is your device running? Thanks!
